Mengasihi Allah

We have been together for 3 months today..
Sungguh amazing bisa bertahan sampe skg dan sungguh terharu melihat penyertaan Allah dalam hubungan ini yang membuat aku melihat diriku dan hubungan ini dari sudut pandang Allah. Apalagi saat teduh hari ini semakin menguatkan aku bahwa Allahlah yg harus menjadi center dalam hubungan ini.

"Salah satu cara utama menunjukkan kasih kita kepada Allah adalah dengan mengasihi saudara-saudari kita dalam Kristus. Ketika kita saling mengasihi dengan tulus, hal itu menyenangkan Bapa surgawi kita." (1 Yoh. 4:21)

Doaku hanya satu dalam hubungan ini: Tuhan, tolong aku untuk mengasihi Hansen dengan tulus sehingga nama Allah lah yang dipermuliakan. Amin

Love is understanding

Because love isn't just a feeling. Love is choice, and love is understanding.

It's hard for me to understand him. To trust him. Sometimes I want to feel give up or choose to keep my ego. But day by day, God always teach me to humble and to be patient through him.

Through him, I learned that Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
